Terms of Service & Subscription

Paramivo is a browser-based parametric CAD application offered on a $9 per month subscription, after a one-time 30-minute free trial.

1. The agreement

These terms apply between you and the operator named above when you create a Paramivo account or pay for a subscription. If you do not accept them, do not sign in.

2. Free trial

Signing in with Google starts a single 30-minute trial of full modelling. The trial is tied to your Google account, counts down in real time, and is offered once per account. No payment card is required. Deleting and recreating an account does not grant a second trial; signing in again after it ends does not restart it.

When the trial ends, modelling is paused but your work is not taken away: your parts remain in your browser and you can still download .paramivo backups of the current part and of every saved project.

3. Subscription and billing

The subscription is $9 per month, charged in US dollars.
Payment is taken by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise a recurring monthly charge to your chosen payment method.
The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Taxes may be added where required by law.
Prices may change. Any change will be announced before it applies to your renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Account → Cancel renewal. Cancellation stops the next charge; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and the account page shows that end date. You can resume renewal before that date without losing anything. No notice period and no cancellation fee applies.

5. Refunds

The 30-minute trial exists so you can evaluate Paramivo before paying, and requires no card.

If you are charged and have not used the service in that billing period, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.
If a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service for a significant part of a billing period, tell us and we will refund or credit that period.
Duplicate or clearly mistaken charges are always refunded.
Outside those cases, partial months are not refunded; cancelling simply stops the next charge.
Where local consumer law gives you stronger cancellation or refund rights, those rights apply and are not reduced by this section.

6. Account deletion

Deleting your account in Account settings requires a fresh Google confirmation and typing DELETE. It removes your Paramivo account, its sessions and its Stripe customer, which also stops recurring charges. It does not delete parts stored in your browser or files already saved to your Google Drive. As described in the Privacy Policy, a pseudonymous record that the free trial was used is retained.

7. Your designs

Everything you draw, script and export is yours. Paramivo claims no rights over your designs, does not store them, and does not use them to train anything. Because your work lives in your browser’s storage, keeping your own backups is your responsibility: download .paramivo files or enable Google Drive backups for anything that matters. Clearing site data deletes local parts irrecoverably.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or circumvent access controls or the trial limit; do not resell access; do not use the service unlawfully. Accounts doing so may be suspended.

9. Engineering disclaimer

Paramivo produces geometry, not engineering judgement. Verify dimensions, tolerances, material behaviour and fit before manufacturing, machining or printing any part. This is especially true of geometry generated from AI-written scripts, which you should review as you would any code you did not write. Documented limitations are listed in the application and its README, and the service is provided without warranty that it is fit for any particular manufacturing purpose.

10. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

If the service is discontinued, your .paramivo files and their paired STEP exports remain readable: STEP is an open, portable format supported by other CAD systems.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of United States, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes, without removing any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
